Short version: be kind, and keep yourself safe.
Keep yourself safe
- Never post where you live, your school, or your phone number.
- Don't post your last name.
- Don't arrange to meet anyone you met online.
- If a message makes you feel weird, tell a grown-up you trust.
Be kind
- No mean comments about anyone's work. Everyone here is learning.
- No swearing, bullying, or anything you'd be embarrassed for a grown-up to read.
- No spam, and no links to things that aren't yours.
What happens if the rules are broken
Every comment is read before it appears, so a comment that breaks the rules simply never gets posted. If it keeps happening, the account is paused. For an account belonging to someone under 13, we tell their guardian.
Your work
Anything you write in a comment stays yours. By posting it you're letting us show it on this site, and you can have it deleted at any time by asking.
The projects, writing and pictures on this site belong to Projects × Gwen. You're very welcome to build your own version of anything here — that's the whole point.
No promises about the code
The projects here are shared to learn from. We can't promise everything works perfectly on every computer, and we're not responsible for what happens if you change it. Always ask a grown-up before installing anything.
